Rules for flight anticipation

The prices listed below are valid only for flights operated exclusively by GOL, and prices in US dollars will be converted to the currency of purchase according to the exchange rate on the day of purchase.

Connecting flights can only have a same-day change at the origin, before the departure time of the first segment of the flight, as long as they are operated by GOL.
The itinerary cannot be changed. For example, you could not change the flight Salvador (SSA)–Congonhas (CGH) to Salvador (SSA)–Guarulhos (GRU). In other words, to use the early flight service, you must maintain the origin and destination of your trip. However, we offer a flight rebooking service that allows you to change your itinerary, which can be requested on our website in the “ Reschedule flight” field. The change request must comply with the fare rules and will be subject to availability.
Limited to one (1) same-day change per reservation code according to the fare purchased (check the table above for more details). If the customer requests a second or subsequent change to the same reservation, fees and fare differences will be charged, when applicable.
In cases where the customer has to pay for the early flight change, the amount must be paid during the check-in process.
The early flight change will only be confirmed after the fee has been paid.

Reservations with flights operated by our partner airlines are not eligible for same-day changes.

Early flight change is available in the My Trips tab. Check out the steps and find out how easy it to request a change.

My Trips

Log in to your account on the website or app

Go to your reservation or select “Find Trip” on the home page.

Select your flights

Choose the flight you want to change and then select a new flight.

Review the details

Read carefully and, if applicable, pay the fee.

Have a nice trip!

Don't forget to check in for your new flight.
